Unspoken Conversations are the topics that are often swept under the carpet, whispered amongst the closest of friends and bitched about by many. I want to create awareness about difficult things that people face in life; grief, mental health, money, illnesses, family troubles, relationship difficulties and putting yourself first. I want to tell the truth about things that really matter.

My passion

Me being a goofy goof ball!

I am determined to create awareness about things that matter, in particular Mental Health.

One day I hope that I can facilitate a room of people and teach them life skills to help keep themselves and the people around them happy and healthy.

One day I will hold fundraisers for important organisations that offer help to people who are confused, scared and need a helping hand like Beyond Blue, the Cancer Council, CarersSA, and the Heart Foundation.

Raising money for Lifeline.

I want to make people question their beliefs and either affirm or change them, depending on what they find when they dig a little deeper.

I want people to question why they think a certain way, and whether it's in line with their values.

I want people to be happy and grateful for the small things in life, that often end up being the most important things.

I want to try and help people to BELIEVE in themselves and to discover their PASSION and to grab LIFE by the BALLS and to give it a GOOD shake up.

I want people to learn to love themselves.

I want to be healthy and happy and constantly taking risks and stepping outside of my comfort zone to make all of the above things become reality.

Jumping on board fundraising for a good cause!

I pledge this to you, my readers.

You can help to hold me accountable!

Please let me know if there's anything that you'd like me to discuss in my blog or whether you'd like to write something for my blog that you think fits with my theme of addressing the unspoken conversations that need to be drawn out of the cupboard!

I'd ALSO love to hear from you and whether anything that I have written in my blog has helped you or someone that you know.

I always love hearing people say that they have been reading my blog! It really does warm my heart and gives me the encouragement to continue blogging and sharing my experiences and the experiences of those around me!

You can either email me at kirstyarnold88@gmail.com OR comment on this BLOG POST!

I'd really really really appreciate your feedback!

Much love,

Kirsty xxxx
